Create a culture of disciple-making, like Jesus did.
A disciple-making resource based on Jesus' Mission, Model, and Methods.

LIKE JESUS: MODULE 3 | THE METHODS OF JESUS

HOW JESUS CALLS US TO MAKE DISCIPLES (Live Like Jesus)

What do true disciple-makers do?
It's simple actually. They do what Jesus did. Jesus was the greatest disciple-maker in history, and He taught us exactly how we can and should disciple others - sometimes with His words, but usually with His actions.

This third module in the 3-part Like Jesus series walks you through the life of Jesus chronologically and teaches you Jesus' masterful strategy for making fishers of men. You'll learn to disciple as Jesus did, discover the meaning behind the mission trips of Jesus, and explore the 7 disciplines of a successful disciple-maker.

If you've ever wrestled with how to carry out the Great Commission, this 10-week study is for you. You'll take a deep dive into the Scriptures and get to know Jesus in exciting, new ways while learning how to effectively and biblically make disciples who make disciples.

Jesus took twelve men and, in four years, began a worldwide movement that brought billions of people into the kingdom of God.
What will God do with you?

Big Idea: Since Jesus learned well and listed well to the Holy Spirit, He imparted truth to His disciples through the everyday events of life with them.

SESSION 8 | SANCTIFY (JOHN 17:19)
Big Idea: Jesus “sanctified” (set apart) Himself in every aspect of His life through willingly, intentionally, lovingly, and courageously living while He entrusted Himself to the Father’s will and endured to the very end to carry it out.

SESSION 9 | SHARE (JOHN 17:22)

Big Idea: Jesus genuinely shared His glory with His disciples so that these disciple-makers would also share His glory with future disciple-makers.

This module will use the "Live Like Jesus" study and discussion guide which looks through John 17 and Jesus' seven "I" statements on how He loved those around Him and made disciples. We will also refer to these seven "I" statements as the "seven disciplines of a disciple-maker."

Who Is It For?

A majority of churches in America are struggling to make disciples and multiply.
We are now in a day where we can no longer rely on just programs or preaching to make disciples that reproduce.

Like Jesus helps you get back to scripture by studying Jesus’ life and ministry and how He made disciples.
He laid out a pattern and modeled disciple-making for us to follow.
We can emulate His life and build movements of multiplication.
That’s what this resource is all about.
